AHAHA. Yes. The running in the snow with heels gets me every time. Its hilarious. Reminds me of Jurassic World where the female lead also runs from dinosaurs in heels. Mad skills 😀

And yes, Jude Law was a revelation in this film — almost a little too pretty. He was more gorgeous than those two female leads (-: But yes, it was the first Law film where I went, “Oh, I get it now…”

It’s pretty much perfect. But then you can hardly go wrong with a Nancy Meyers film. The dialogue is genius and I particularly related to Iris’ inner musings and monologues. Her interactions with her neighbor are so sweet. I really want an Arthur of my own. The moment he walks into that auditorium makes me cry every single time. There are so many quietly romantic moments as well. My favorite is when Miles puts Iris to music. I melt like butter. And Graham’s girls are too adorable. I really think they used some special lighting technique for Law and Diaz’ scenes because neither of them has ever been more glowingly beautiful. The only thing that really bugs me is seeing Amanda running through the snowy fields…in heels! That would be almost impossible in real life, but then this is a bit of a fairy tale.
