Fun! I hope you enjoy them, Maria. I saw “Brothers Grimm” years ago, but to be honest, I don’t remember much about it. I’d like to see “Dracula Untold” at some point, and I also recently watched “Van Helsing” for the first time. I saw that Colin starred in an oldie version of “Turn of the Screw.” Always fun to discover favorite actors in new roles. 🙂

Thanks for the list! Though there is an older version of The Turn of the Screw with Colin Firth in the movie shortly at the beginning that I’ve always preferred.

Cool! Thanks so much for sharing, Catherine. I’ve not heard of “The Scapegoat,” so I’ll have to look into it. And though I don’t think I’ve seen it, I agree. “Arsenic and Old Lace” is a classic. I know this even without seeing it. 🙂

Will have to look out for some of these. I loved ‘The Scapegoat’ which was another spooky-ish Daphne du Maurier adaptation (with the Death Comes to Pemberly guy – Matthew Rhys?) and Arsenic and Old Lace is a good oldie 🙂
