I liked this film, but there are others that I like better. Have you seen My Brilliant Career? It’s directed by Jane Campion and features a young Judy Davis and Sam Neill. It’s a wonderful love story based on a novel from 1901. The themes are ahead of their time. It will stay with you for days after seeing it.
