He’s great in this one too! Though I liked him in “Merlin,” I thought he was even better in this series; there’s a lot more, emotionally, for him to work with. Hope you like the series. 🙂

I totally agree, Catherine. I thought the atmosphere (always perfect for each scene/sequence) was fantastic as everything BBC does always is. That said, as you say, I too definitely liked some episodes more than others, and was particularly impressed with the final one. It was so unexpected, but worked so brilliantly for the series.

Seeing Colin in this was fantastic. I hope this means he’ll appear in more period pieces soon. 🙂

I quite liked it though, it was different – and I was not expecting the stuff with the modern day woman! It’s so weird to see Merlin playing more grown-up roles!
